The Revive of JSD6000 Heavy Lift Pipelay Vessel

JSD6000 was the most anticipated heavy-lift pipelay vessel in 2017. However, Petrofac terminated the construction plan with ZPMC in October 2015. Somehow, ZPMC bought over the whole design from Petrofac in 2018 along with Royal IHC J-Lay system and Remacut S-lay system.
According to the latest news on February 10, 2020 - ZPMC is resuming the construction work after the pandemic situation in China is entirely under control. Although this is a challenging time, ZPMC is committed to delivering this vessel on schedule.
